2008 - 2009!!!

年の瀬っていったってずーっとDJです。しかも軽く風邪気味、、、。
ミックスCDも急遽で制作オファーが入ってくるし、今迄のレギュラーワークも年末年始だからって別に休みになるわけじゃないし、相変わらず毎日突っ走っています!!しいて年末っぽいっていえば昨日30日に朝からスタジオの大掃除をして、セットアップを心機一転変えてみたことくらいです。
しかも今回は結構お気に入りのセットになりました。

ということで今週もひたすらDJでーーす。

31日はオレンジカウンティーでICEとともにカウントダウン。2日はYellow Star ProduceでLittle Tokyoでイベント兼新年会。しかもT-SPICE君とともに新しいライブセットを組んでいます!!Ableton Liveを使ってのLIVEセットです!!笑

3日はTATOUでLEGENのみんなと新年会兼通常パーティー。
そして、5日はいよいよSMCが始まるというのにMai Tai Bar。Mai Taiは月曜日だっていうのにもう3，4ヶ月参加していて月曜日からかなりの盛り上がりを見せているのでDJとしてのテンションを保つには十分すぎるすごくいいイベントです。リクエストも随時受け付けていて、ここでのリクエストソングは大抵、週末みんなが聞きたい曲って感じなので、多いに役にたってます。これからもMai Taiで気軽にリクエスト言ってください!!

では、今は31日の朝6時半。早速ミックスに戻ります!!

Club Tatou Saturdays!!

DJ ICY ICE from World Famous Beat Junkies and DJ OGGY, and MC Toquon was spinning at Club Tatou on 20th, 2008!! We are Soul Elevation is here!!
Peolple were dancing until end of the party--! It was very good show!!

Also, I will spin at Club Tatou this Saturday, 27th with Pioneer DVDJ!! It's gonna be another exclusive mix!! Don't miss it!! Peace

Thursday, I went to Party-- in Hollywood!!

I went to DJ ICY ICE's house for rehearsal of our DJ set for Dec. 20th that is this coming Saturday--!!
I am very happy to have DJ session with him everytime, cuz he is the one of the legendary great DJ in LA and I respect him a lot!! Of course, I can learn a lot of skills and more for djing dj at the club and having my show in front of people!!
Yesterday, I just woke up at 7am and edit one of our song that MC Toquon from Soul Elevation rapped on my beat!!
I think that sounds became very good and my style and I really want to upload the song right now, but I think that'll be better to upload with more information about my big projects!! Lol
I know you will be surprised very much to hear my new announce for that song!!!

Anyway, after practicing I had a meeting with my boy in west Covina. We went to Japanese restarurant is called Bisyamon, had very good Sushi and I heard they have Karaoke lounge bar at 2nd floor.
Then I went to Clubs in Hollwood, club Boardners and Nacionals.
Boardners was very cool party for me, cuz a lot of my hommie were there and I was hanging out with them to talk and just chilling forever....Lol

After hanging out at Boardners, I went to Nacional where DJ ICY ICE and MR Choc from beat junkies were spinning for all night long. Icy Ice's set was great for 2 hours same as usual and Mr. Choc was awesome!! I remember that he was the best DJ from power 106 back in the day. He mixed every noon and evenning and I was always turn on that time whenever I was ready to listen!!

Yeah, both legendary DJs are still legendary DJs last night and people knew that something was different sounds. It made me very exciting and couln't leave from dj booth. I was just watching all the time!!
Respect all old djs and they openned the door hip hop and djs became over ground like now days---!! Peace

Dec. 20th with DJ ICY ICE!!

It was very cold night last night, but we still had a lod of party people from Monday last night. DJ Verman from Power 106 and Far East Movement showed up for his friend's birthday party!! And I am sure that he was very excited to seeing our 4 turntables DJ set with my big brother DJ ICY ICE from world famous beat junkies!!

Don't forget this Saturday, 20th!!!!
Me and DJ ICE will be special Los Angeles Party Break Set at Club Tatou!! It's gonna be hottest night that we will take you another levels with our good djing set!!

Please mark your calender and tell your frineds about this Saturday and hopefully, we will make great history from that day---!!!

昨日は寒い中、CLUB TATOUはバッチリ盛り上がりました。早い時間はファッションショーもあり、そして、遅い時間はしっかりクラブと化したTATOUはやはり最高に楽しかったです。ということで、今回は写真をアップしていきまーーす。

My old mixcd...

I just found my old mixcd that I made 2003. It has a lot of instrumental and LA underground music.... I have good memories with this cd, I could be stacks and legend family and I could meet a lof of my friends in here to give them this cd.
Anyway, I was sooo happy when I found this mix at DJ Icy Ice's studio, so I just took a picture with Beat Junkies poster like this. Maybe someone wants to tell me that I would be able to hook up all good music from independent music scene. Lol

Anyway, it was very good dj session yesterday and Ice's son was so cute as a usual (special he was very good boy when we were practicing...).

Chilling Thursday morning...

Today, I will be DJ Icy Ice's house to practice for our 4 turntables dj set. He owns stacks vinyl by online and exclusive grooves record pool from here, los angeles. He took me into Stacks vinly as a internship 2003 and we went to Japan tour together and we do a lot of parties in Los Angeles. He also took me in Legend Entarteinment as a DJ for this crew by the time, and still I am Legend DJs since he took me there.
I am so happy to work with him all the time and I could learn a lot from him.
We are doing four turntalbes dj set as free session, like just practicing every Monday at Mai Tai Bar in LB and we do real show case on 20th at Club Tatou in LA!!
Hopefully, you won't miss this big session and have great time with us!!
I will upload with pictures later when I will be back!!

Every Monday at Mai Tai Bar!! We play cool reggae and hip hop for this night. Very cheap drinks and cheap foods until 1am!! We do party from Monday night with my hommie!!

Mc Toshi is here!! I know that he is working very hard now and oneday, he will take all my job...lol
Anyway, he is very cool guy, so you can try to talk to him at the club very easy!!
